AFTER LANDING THE AIRCRAFT WAS TAXIING TO THE RAMP WHEN A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE LEFT WING UP AND TIPPED THE CESSNA OVER ON ITS BACK. WIND WAS GUSTING OVER 40 KTS.
