THE ENGINE LOST POWER DURING CRUISE FLIGHT. THE PILOT MADE A FORCED LANDING ON A BEACH AND COLLIDED WITH ROCKS AND NOSED OVER. THE FUEL BOWL WAS FOUND LOOSE WHICH LOWERED THE FUEL PRESSURE.
