AFTER PULLING UP FROM A SWATH RUN, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO SETTLE, THEN COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND. THIS OCCURRED AFTER THE PILOT HAD DISPENSED ALL OR NEARLY ALL OF HIS LOAD.
