AFTER LIFT-OFF FROM A SOFT MUDDY STRIP THE PLT ENCOUNTERED A 30 KNOT CROSSWIND EDDYING BEHIND A BUILDING HE WAS PASSING & SETTLED INTO ALDER TREES BEYOND THE DEPARTURE END OF THE STRIP.
