THE FLOAT EQUIPPED LUSCOMBE STALLED DURING FANAL APPROACH TO A WATER LANDING NEAR A DOCK. THERE WAS CONSIDERABLE ROTORCRAFT ACTIVITY NEAR THE SEAPLANE BASE DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF THE QUEEN ELIZABETH II OCEAN LINER.
