THE PILOT STATED THAT PARTIAL POWER FAILURE OF THE LEFT ENGINE COMBINED WITH TORQUE AND A CROSSWIND CAUSED A LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS INTO THE TAKEOFF ROLL.
