HELICOPTER BROKE UP IN FLIGHT AND FELL IN PIECES IN AN OPEN FIELD. WEATHER WAS VMC AND IT WAS DAYLIGHT. ALL 3 OCCUPANTS WERE FATALLY INJURED. THE BREAKUP OCCURRED WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN CRUISE FLIGHT.
