PILOT STATED THAT HE LIFTED THE NOSE OFF THE RUNWAY TOO SOON AND THE AIRCRAFT BECAME AIRBORNE BUT WOULD NOT CLIMB OR ACCELERATE. THE AIRCRAFT DRIFTED TO THE LEFT AND COLLIDED WITH A CANAL DIRT BANK.
