DEPARTING UNDER A SPECIAL VFR CLEARANCE, THE ACFT ENTERED IMC WITHIN A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 15 SECS AFTER TAKEOFF. THE ACFT STRUCK TREES & THE GROUND APPROXIMATELY 2 MI SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT.
