THE PILOT WAS MAKING A 360 DEGREE TURN TO SURVEY A LAKE LANDING AREA WHEN HE LOST AIRSPEED AND STALLED AS HE SPOTTED A LANDING AREA. THE AIRCRAFT SANK IN 15 FEET OF WATER.
