THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING A LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED TWICE AND WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. REPORTEDLY, HE INITIATED A GO-AROUND, BUT THE PLANE STRUCK A FENCE AND CRASHED.
