THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED IN A NEAR LEVEL ATTITUDE AND AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. NEITHER THE SEAT BELT NOR SHOULDER HARNESS WAS FASTENED. THE PILOT'S BLOOD ALCOHOL LEVEL WAS 236 MG%.
