THE PLT STATED THAT THE ENG BEGAN LOSING POWER DURING AN AERIAL APPLICATION MISSION. SUBSEQUENTLY, HE LANDED IN A MUDDY FIELD & THE ACFT NOSED OVER. HE STATED THAT THE INDUPARTIAL LOSS OF POWER.
