BETWEEN 50-100 FT AGL AFTER TAKEOFF THE ENG QUIT. EXAMINATION REVEALED THAT THE FUEL SUPPLY LINE BETWEEN THE LEFT WING FUEL TANK & THE FUSELAGE HAD FAILED.
