THE PILOT FAILED TO LOWER LANDING GEAR. THE SUBSEQUENT LANDING WAS EXECUTED NON-INTENTIONAL GEAR UP. THE PILOT STATED THAT SHE WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH A NOISE IN THE VICINITY OF THE DOOR.
