THE PLT STATED HE INTENDED TO MOVE THE HELICOPTER FROM A DOLLY PLATFORM TO A SURFACE PARKING AREA WHEN THE LEFT SKID COLLIDED WITH THE DOLLY AND THE ACFT ROLLED OVER.
