THE PLT REPORTED THAT DURING THE LANDING, A GUST OF WIND BLEW THE ACFT TO THE LEFT. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A FENCE THAT PARALLELED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RWY, THEN NOSED OVER.
