AFTER STARTING THE ENGINE AND TAXIING FORWARD THE PILOT STATED HE PUSHED THE TROTTLE BY MISTAKE AND THE ACFT MOVED RAPIDY FORWARD AND STRUCK A PARKED ACFT.
