ON INITIAL CLIMB AT ABOUT 250 FT AGL THE ENGINE FAILED. WATER WAS FOUND IN THE GASCOLATOR AND IN THE FUEL TANKS. A WRINKLED RIDGE WAS FOUND IN THE FUEL TANK BOTTOM WHICH TRAPPED WATER.
