ACCORDING TO WITNESSES, THE PLT WAS ON AN APCH TO LAND IN A FIELD NEAR HIS HOME WHEN THE ULTRALIGHT VEHICLE'S TAILWHEEL CAUGHT ONTO A POWER LINE. THE ULTRALIGHT THEN CRASHED NOSE 1ST INTO THE TERRAIN.
