THE ACFT CRASHED FROM AN ALTITUDE OF 200 FT WHILE MANEUVERING OVER A CREEK. THE ACFT WAS OVERLOADED BY 135 LBS WITH 2 OCCUPANTS AND FULL FUEL. THERE WERE NO FAA RECORDS FOUND ON THE PLT.
