THE PLT REPORTED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, AT ABOUT 80 KTS, THE RIGHT BAGGAGE DOOR CAME OPEN. HE ABORTED THE TAKEOFF & THE ACFT RAN OFF THE END OF THE RWY.
