THE ACFT WAS DAMAGED IN A FORCED LANDING AFTER THE ENGINE LOST POWER. THE PLT REPORTED THAT A PARACHUTE LINE CONTACTED THE ENGINE ON/OFF SWITCH AND SHUT OFF THE ENGINE.
