THE PLT STATED THAT HE TAXIED THROUGH MUD AND SNOW ENROUTE TO THE RWY. HE SAID WHEN HE APPLIED RT RUDDER AND BRAKE THE ACFT FAILED TO RESPOND. THE LEFT WING HIT A POLE.
