THE ACFT LANDED HARD. A 6120.1 PLT/OPER REPORT WAS NOT FILED BY THE PLT. THE PLT WAS NOT INJURED IN THIS ACCIDENT BUT WAS FATALLY INJURED IN AN ACCIDENT LATER THE SAME MONTH 09/84.
