THE PLT WAS MANEUVERING TO START ANOTHER FIELD WHEN THE ACFT'S LEFT WING HIT THE ROOF OF THE GROUND FLAGGING VEHICLE. THE ACFT THEN COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND.
