ACFT TOUCHED DOWN SHORT OF APCH END OF RWY AND COLLIDED WITH A FENCE WHICH SURROUNDS THE PRIVATE AIRSTRIP BOUNDRY. THE PLT STATED TOO MUCH ALT WAS LOST AT SLOW SPEED ON FINAL.
