DURING A TAKEOFF CLIMB, THE ULTRALIGHT COLLIDED WITH A POWER LINE & CRASHED. THE PLT STATED THAT HE DID NOT SEE THE WIRES UNTIL IMPACT; NOR WAS HE AWARE OF THEIR PRESENCE.
