A TRUCK RAN INTO AN ACFT WAITNG TO TAKEOFF. THE ACFT WAS ON THE RUNUP PAD AND THE VEHICLE DRIVER WAS DISTRACTED BY AN ACFT TAKING OFF. THE CONTROL TOWER WAS NOT IN SERVICE.
