ACFT OWNER-STUDENT PLT WAS FLYING THE ACFT ACCOMPANIED BY A PVT PLT. DURING A SIMULATED FORCED LANDING APCH THE ACFT STRUCK STATIC LINES ON A HIGH TENSION INSTALLATION AND DESCENDED TO GROUND IMPACTED.
