THE ACFT STRUCK POWER LINES WHILE ON APCH FOR LANDING. THE PLT STATED THAT HE DID NOT SEE THE POWER LINES; HOWEVER, WITNESSES REPORTED THEY WARNED THE PLT OF THE ELECTRICAL LINES PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT.
