THE ENGINE QUIT SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. THE PILOT LANDED IN SOFT TERRAIN (MUDDY FIELD) AND THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. THE PILOT REPORTED FINDING 1/2 CUP OF WATER IN THE FUEL TANK AND GASCOLATOR.
