THE MAIN LANDING GEAR COLAPSED DURING A TOUCH AND GO LANDING. THE LANDING GEAR WARNING CIRCUIT BREAKER HAD POPPED, AND THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT RECEIVED NO WARNING THAT THE GEAR WAS NOT FULLY EXTENDED.
