THE PILOT STATED THAT THE TAKEOFF WAS MADE AT TOO LOW AN AIRSPEED. THE ACFT CONTINUED DOWN THE RWY AT ABOUT 20 FT AGL IN A NOSE HIGH ATTITUDE. AT THE END OF THE RWY THE ACFT PITCHED UP & NOSED OVER.
