THE PLT STATED THAT ONCE AIRBORNE DURING TAKEOFF, THE LEFT WING DROPPED. PLT ATTEMPTED REMEDIAL ACTION, HOWEVER, THE ACFT CONTACTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TAXIWAY IN A NOSE DOWN, LEFT WING LOW ATTITUDE.
