THE ENGINE LOST POWER WHEN THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO ADD POWER AT THE COMPLETION OF A DESCENT. THE PILOT DID NOT USE CARBURETOR HEAT IN THE DESCENT. THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WAS APPROXIMATELY 60%.
