DURING GROUND REFUELING OF THE AIRCRAFT THE FUEL TANK WAS OVER- FILLED AND THE FUEL SPILLED OVER ONTO THE RAMP. THE FUEL WAS IGNITED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE.
