PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE HELICOPTER WHILE AT HOVER THEN DECIDED TO LAND. HOWEVER THE PILOT SET THE AIRCRAFT DOWN HARD. THE MAIN ROTOR BLADE SEVERED THE TAIL.
