THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE PRACTICING TAKEOFFS AND LANDINGS IN A GRASS AREA ADJACENT TO THE ASPHALT RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED SOFT MUD DURING THE LANDING ROLL AND NOSED OVER.
