DURING A X-WIND TAKEOFF THE DOWNWIND SKID CONTACTED THE LANDING PAD AND THE HELICOPTER ROLLED OVER TO THE RIGHT. ONE PERSON ON THE GROUND WAS INJURED BY FLYING DEBRIS.
