THE COCKPIT CANOPY OPENED DURING TAKEOFF ROLL. THE GLIDER BECAME AIRBORNE AND CLIMBED TO AN ALT OF APRX 10 FT AGL BEFORE DESCENDING TO GROUND IMPACT IN A NOSE LOW ATTITUDE.
