DURING HAND PROPPING, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN TO MOVE AND ROLLED ACROSS A FIELD CRASHING THROUGH A FENCE WHEN FIRE ERUPTED DESTROYING THE AIRCRAFT. THE PLT STATED THAT AFTER SETTING BRAKES TO FULL PRESSURE HE ATMPTD TO HAD PROP ACFT. THE ENG STARTED AND WHILE THE PLT WAS WALKING AROUND THE WING THE ACFT STARTED TO ROLL. IT CONTINUED ACROSS A FIELD INTO A FENCE AND CAUGHT FIRE. THE PLT SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES WHILE ATMPTG TO HOLD ACFT..
