THE PLT STATED THAT DURING TOUCH-&-GO LANDING PRACTICE ON HIS FINAL LANDING, HE LANDED HARD, THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT SLID TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY.
