THE BRAKE LOCKING SYSTEM ENGAGED IN FLIGHT CAUSING THE RIGHT BRAKE TO LOCK. THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER ON LANDING WHERE A SMALL FIRE ERUPTED FROM FUEL SPILLAGE ONTO THE HOT ENGINE.
