PIPER AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH A PARKED CESSNA AIRCRAFT WHILE MANEUVERING INTO A PARKING SPACE AT ROCHESTER-MONROE AIRPORT AFTER LANDING. THE RAMP WAS REPORTED TO BE ICE COVERED AND SANDED.
