THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT ON TAKEOFF AND A SUBSEQUENT GROUNDLOOP OCCURRED. ALTHOUGH THE PILOT HAS A DC-3 TYPE RATING, HE HAD ONLY 20 HOURS IN THIS AIRCRAFT.
