THE PLT WAS DIVERTING INTO GALESBURG DUE TO BAD WEATHER AT HIS ORIGINAL DESTINATION. FOLLOWING AN ILS APPROACH AT GALESBURG HE SPOTTED THE RWY AT '200 FT PLUS' OFF TO HIS RIGHT.
