THE AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH TRANSMISSION WIRES WHILE FLYING LOW DURING A PLEASURE FLIGHT. AN UNEVENTFUL PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE ON A HIGHWAY WITH REDUCED POWER AND FULL FLAPS.
