LOSS OF CONTROL IN FLIGHT, EITHER BY THE STUDENT OR BY THE INSTRUCTOR, AT AN ALTITUDE INSUFFICIENT TO ALLOW FOR A RECOVERY, BY THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR, BEFORE THE RESULTING OUT OF CONTROL DESCENT CAUSED THE ACCIDENT AIRPLANE TO STRIKE THE TERRAIN.
