THE PILOT REPORTED THAT AFTER THE WHEELS TOUCHED THE PAVEMENT, THE CROSSWIND DRAGGED THE AIRPLANE OFF THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY DOWN AN EMBANKMENT WHERE IT FLIPPED OVER.
